The Project

This mixed-use development combines residential apartments, retail spaces, and office units in a central urban location. The three-story building features shops and offices on the ground floor, with residential units above. Designed with convenience in mind, the complex offers easy access to local amenities and includes a shared rooftop garden for residents and tenants.

The building’s modern design incorporates glass and brick, creating a welcoming environment with large windows and open terraces. It provides a vibrant community space that blends seamlessly with the cityscape.

Our Role

Rehoboth Engineers provided comprehensive structural engineering services, working with Urban Innovations Ltd to design a multi-use framework that meets diverse needs. We developed a steel and concrete structure to support different floor plans for commercial and residential spaces. Our role also involved implementing soundproofing and insulation measures, ensuring comfort and functionality for all building occupants.
