The Project

A modern commercial office complex was developed to house multiple businesses, featuring a sleek, contemporary design and environmentally conscious materials. The three-story building includes open-plan office spaces, private meeting rooms, a rooftop terrace, and a ground-floor café. The site, located near a busy urban area, required careful planning to optimize access and create a productive workspace.

The building’s exterior showcases large glass facades, allowing natural light to flood the interior while providing expansive views of the surrounding area. The rooftop terrace offers employees a green outdoor space for relaxation and informal meetings, adding to the building’s appeal.

Our Role

Rehoboth Engineers provided the structural engineering services necessary for this commercial project, focusing on designing a flexible steel frame to support the open-plan layout and maximize floor space. The foundation required detailed attention due to the site’s proximity to the river, which involved extensive ground stabilization and flood-resistant design elements.

We worked closely with Solstice Design Group to ensure that the building’s aesthetic goals were met while maintaining structural integrity. This included integrating energy-efficient systems, such as solar panels on the rooftop and advanced rainwater harvesting systems. These features align with the client’s goal of creating a sustainable and innovative commercial space that meets the demands of modern business.
