The Project
This industrial warehouse and distribution facility spans over 50,000 square feet, designed to support a leading logistics company. The structure includes extensive loading bays, secure storage areas, and an advanced automation system for efficient inventory handling. The site required significant reinforcement to support heavy-duty machinery and vehicles.
The building’s exterior is constructed from pre-engineered steel panels, providing durability and a streamlined aesthetic. Solar panels and an innovative ventilation system reduce energy costs and enhance the warehouse’s sustainability.
Our Role
Rehoboth Engineers were responsible for the structural design, ensuring the building could support both heavy equipment and intensive workflow. Working with Forge Architectural Ltd, we implemented a durable steel frame and floor slab system to handle heavy loads, while incorporating energy-efficient features. This facility meets the client’s needs for a robust, efficient, and environmentally conscious industrial space.
