The Project
A former industrial site was transformed into a modern residential complex, featuring three multi-story apartment buildings, landscaped communal areas, and underground parking facilities. The original warehouse was demolished to make way for contemporary urban living spaces.
The proposed four-story buildings include spacious apartments with large balconies, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and full-height glazing for natural light. The ground level is dedicated to parking, with green spaces throughout.
Our Role
We provided structural engineering services for the construction package, including the design and detailing of deep pile foundations and reinforced concrete cores to support the building’s structure. Steel beams and columns were used to achieve open living spaces on the upper floors. A central atrium required a complex steel truss system to ensure stability while maintaining an aesthetic open-air feel.
Masonry was used for the exterior facades, with additional steel framing for large window openings. The underground parking structure was designed with reinforced concrete walls to accommodate both the load from the buildings above and the pressure from the surrounding soil.
