The Project

This project involved constructing a luxurious hillside residence, designed for modern living. The property features a split-level layout with four bedrooms, a home office, and a large kitchen/dining area that opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the countryside. The site’s natural slope inspired a design that maximizes views while integrating seamlessly into the landscape.

The home’s exterior combines stone and timber cladding, blending with its surroundings. Inside, large windows and an open-plan layout create a sense of light and space, with high-end finishes that provide comfort and elegance.

Our Role

Rehoboth Engineers were responsible for structural design, focusing on the challenging topography of the site. We implemented a tiered foundation system with retaining walls to ensure stability on the slope. Our team worked closely with Elemental Architects to incorporate sustainable features, including a rainwater harvesting system and high-performance insulation, achieving a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
