The Project

A new commercial building was developed to accommodate various local businesses, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendly construction. The two-story structure includes open office spaces, shared work lounges, and a small gym for employees. It also features a landscaped outdoor courtyard, which encourages staff collaboration and provides a pleasant break area.

The building’s contemporary exterior consists of brick and glass, creating an inviting and modern look. The site’s inner courtyard and open-plan design were thoughtfully planned to maximize light while reducing energy consumption.

Our Role

Rehoboth Engineers provided structural engineering and design consultation to create a sustainable foundation suitable for the mixed-use layout. We collaborated with Horizon Studio to deliver energy-efficient systems, integrating solar panels and rainwater recycling. This project represents a forward-thinking workspace that prioritizes environmental responsibility while fostering a productive work atmosphere.
